Tefistry
What Is Tefistry?
Tef Theory (TT) asserts that the stuff of reality is experience, or in other words, the Processes and Products of Perception. Another name for reality is It. Note that I often use reality, It, and Tef as interchangeable terms.
In any event, TT is just a map. The life we live is the territory it maps. And I believe TT is a useful map of that territory. If you decide to use TT, seeking to live a happier life in a more harmonious world, you will probably want examples of how to do so. That is what you will find in this section of tefistry.com. Thus, the application of TT to lived life is called Tefistry, and a Tefian is one who applies Tef Theory to life. Tefistry might be thought of as Tefist technology that implements Tefist theory.
Like TT, Tefistry was initially whatever I said it was. I invented the term, and I continue to refine and improve my practice of it. Tef Theory is the core of it, but Tefistry draws considerably upon my study and practice of Neodruidry (itself derived from Modern Druidry). And Tefistry also draws upon the natural and social sciences, the arts and humanities, my own lifetime of living, and, well, perhaps a few of my whims and wishes. Tefistry certainly reflects my personal psychology.
The following section explores much of Tefistry. Try it. You may or may not find it “works” for you. If it does, wonderful! If it does not, you are free to walk away from it.
